History
Civic comes from a wealthy family of racers. After her mother’s career ended early due to an injury, all the family’s hopes were pinned onto Civic when she was born. Gifted with the ideal body and a natural talent for racing, she seemed destined for greatness. But these expectations only deepened her growing disillusionment with the sport.Her early years were further marred by a boundary-blurring relationship with her trainer and family friend, Tanaka Mitsuyue, leaving her feeling detached from her body, and all it represented.When she stepped away from the track, all the burdens were passed down to her younger sister, Honda Accord. Though Accord achieved much of what their family dreamed of, she grew to resent Civic for leaving her to shoulder the burden of it alone.Unable to reconcile her lack of passion for racing, she eventually hit rock bottom. Wanting to find a new way to be of value, she dedicated herself to earning her trainer’s license, working tirelessly until she graduated at the top of her class. Now at Tracen Academy, she hopes to help someone else fulfill their purpose -- no matter the cost.

Honda Civic is an overworked salary-man in the body of an Umamusume. She has no desire to run at all, instead opting to help others reach their potential from the sidelines as a trainer.As a chronic people-pleaser, Civic believes that if she’s meant to be a tool, she may as well be a useful one. She’s attuned to everyone’s needs but her own, having spent a lifetime prioritizing others before herself.Her affable, easy-going nature often attracts the attention of the more eccentric Umamusume at the academy, many of whom feel comfortable to be authentically themselves around her.

Born into the same prestigious family as Honda Civic, Accord grew up carrying the expectations of racing greatness her older sister abandoned. Though she’s accomplished everything her family ever wanted, and more, Accord can’t shake the feeling that she’s their runner up star.After spending several years in America alongside her trainer, Tanaka Mitsuyue, with whom she shares a deep and complicated relationship, Accord rose to near legendary status overseas. But not even that was enough for her. Now back at Tracen Academy, she’s has her sights on the elusive Triple Crown.Credit to Mogfist for helping with her design!

Honda Accord is driven, hot-headed, and proud to the point of arrogance. Yet, underneath that bravado is a deeply insecure girl who questions if her passion for racing is truly her own. On the track, she has been likened to lightning in a bottle.Accord takes pride in being an Umamusume and goes to great lengths to maintain her electric appearance, going as far as to dye her hair blonde to distinguish herself as the star child of the Honda family. Outside of racing, she is a popular fitness influencer.

Rue grew up in a small town as one of many daughters in the City family, all of which work for the family's not too well known mail courier business. She does everything that is expected of her and more, yet she still is unable to stand out enough to turn any heads her way. She may pretend to turn her nose up at extra work, but she truly enjoys being depended on and having some sort of task to work through.After years of wearing hand-me-downs and having her name confused for her sisters', she found herself desperately longing to be a unique, recognizable Umamusume who is lauded and sought after.Her desire for attention and praise from other people eventually leads her to scraping together funds from her paychecks to send herself to Tracen Academy. She says it's to help get eyes on her family's business, but she has her own hidden ambitions in mind. But even as her name becomes more well known and she achieves the recognition she has always coveted, she still feels as though something is missing...

City Route is task-oriented Umamusume who is determined to make a name for herself, even if it means stepping on others toes to do so. While she generally comes off as cordial and sweet, her true self leans more cynical and blunt than anything else.She prefers to work alone, which poses a problem for her once she's scouted by Honda Civic, as she typically does her own thing instead of following any regimen laid out before her. It takes a lot of doing, but Rue's trust can definitely be earned... eventually.Having grown up in an extremely full household, Rue tends to display more practical and responsible qualities than her sisters, which made it easy for her to land her role as Treasurer of Student Council.

Swan Lake’s first memory is smiling for the camera. Her wealthy and influential family has been big news for the last decade, publically archiving all their achievements to the social world. Swan Lake’s upbringing had been glamourous due to her mother’s competitive nature against her sisters. Her every want and desire had been catered to her by servants and camera crews.Now in the present day, much of the family has went into hiding after one too many spectacles from her side of the family. Swan Lake is detirmined to keep the camera on her as long as possible before her fortune is squandered away.When she's not training, which is often, she has a secret gaming channel she uses to vent her frustrations. This is her most closely guarded secret, if people knew the things she was saying, it'd ruin her reputation.

She pours hours and hours into beauty routines and maintains her own social media presence.Constantly under the threat of scrutiny and scandal, Swan Lake has made her whole persona of being a mysterious and elegant figure in the hopes to be untouchable. Those close to her soon realize that the facade is flimsy. In private as she is rash, judgemental, and snobbish.
